• You will send us a tee - or any shirt you'd like!
• Butterfly Top with wide sleeves and a ruffles bottom made with vintage Indian fabrics.
• This will make your tee larger!! 
• Absolutely no returns on custom orders, please make sure you are willing to have you pre-loved tee cut up!
• Please allow one week for manufacturing after we receive the item.

• Failure to promptly mail your tee may result in delayed shipment. 
• You are responsible for postage to and from. You will pay for shipping the finished product back to you when you purchase this listing. We are not responsible for lost mail, so please have insurance, especially if this is a prized tee shirt of yours!
• Morgan will be making these herself and takes pride in choosing the best materials for the shirt, there are no guarantees on fabrics, prints, or colors. Her best work is done with complete freedom, however; you are welcome to request something in the notes section of checking out.

 All of our items are one-of-a-kind, and 100% sustainably regenerated from unwanted clothes in Nashville, Tennessee. 

*Please remember all of the materials we use have lived a full life already. We hand dye a lot of our clothing as part of the artistic design. However, small stains and holes may still be present and do not affect the quality of the garment. We look at these imperfections as a part of a story instead of a flaw. We hope you will see the beauty too.

Your purchase not only contributes to the betterment of our Earth, it also assists in giving refugees hope and a better way of life. With each purchase, we are able to provide jobs and income for refugee women living in Nashville. 

Returns

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. However, if you're unhappy with your item or how it fits, there are several options:

1.) If within 7 days of purchasing, you may send the item in for an exchange. 

2.) You can join our buy, sale, trade Facebook group Morganites and resell or trade to a fellow #morganmover

Please Note: For wholesale purchases we only offer exchanges and store credit for damaged inventory. Please notify us 7 days within receiving your product. We are not responsible for damaged items during shipment. Buying pre-packs and directly off our site are final sales and no exchanges will be allowed.

Fabric Care & Damages

We take pride in our clothing and take the time to inspect the craftsmanship thoroughly throughout the manufacturing process. After the garments are made, we machine wash and dry everything using an eco friendly detergent. This ensures your garment is safe, clean, and will last a lifetime.

Although we inspect each piece very carefully, there can always be the off-chance of an overlooked damage. Damages include any unintentional rips, tears or, discoloration.  While cannot be responsible for damages during shipment, we do take full ownership of something that we may have overlooked. 

If your piece is damaged, please send a picture to info@themorganfactory.com upon receiving the item, and we will be happy to resolve this issue. 

Shipping

We use the USPS to ship our products domestically (unless another way is requested). Shipments go out every Wednesday and Saturday. All wholesale orders will be required to pay for insured shipping.
